SELECT
COMMITTEE LAUNCHES YET ANOTHER INQUIRY INTO THE FUTURE OF UK PENSIONS
Prompted
by the growing public concern about the issue of pensions, and in the
light of the recent Sandler and Pickering Reviews, the House of Commons
Select Committee on Work and Pensions has launched a wide-ranging inquiry
to examine the role and policy of the Department for Work and Pensions
(DWP) in encouraging increased saving for retirement.
